The product provides an integrated brush DC motor drive and IR decouding module solutions for battery powered toys, low voltage or battery-powered motion control applications.Circuit within the integrated H-bridge driver circuit using N-channel and P-channel power MOSFET design.The circuit includes a wide operating voltage range (from 2V to 9.6V), the maximum continuous output current of up to 0.8A, the maximum peak output current of up to 1.5A.
The product integrates IR decoding module, the user can customize the 16-bit data code, any combination can provide up to 64 kinds of data coding. Digital anti-jamming design. Output connected to the input of the motor drive module.
The series drive circuit built-in thermal protection circuit. When the load current through the drive circuit is much larger than the maximum continuous current circuit, thermal capacity of the package by limiting the circuit chip junction temperature will rise rapidly, once more than the set value (typ 150 ℃), the internal circuitry will immediately shut off the output power tube, cut off the load current to prevent the temperature continues to rise resulting in plastic packages smoke, fire and other safety hazards. Built-in temperature hysteresis circuit, ensure that the circuit back to a safe temperature before allowing re-circuit control.
